We provide independent consulting services in Medical & Healthcare and Textile & Business Development. Our services are tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients and partners.

Our clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to support our consulting work. They must also ensure that all data provided is compliant with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
Any materials, reports, or findings produced by Charybirs KLG in the course of our consulting work are the exclusive property of the client. The client holds all rights to use, reproduce, and distribute these materials.
4. Limitation of Liability
Charybirs KLG shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our consulting services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
